Each file is in PDF format which should start to download when you click on its name. If this doesn't work you can download by right-clicking on the link and select 'Save target as'. Apple owners should control-click on the link and select 'Download link to disk'. If you simply click on the file name it will open in the window below.

Accessing PDF files
